Thursday, March 17^th is Combat Stigma night at as the North Bay Battalion take on the Sudbury Wolves.

Stigma related to mental illness is a major barrier preventing people from seeking the help they need. You can help change that.

Join the North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation and Bell Let’s Talk at Memorial Gardens and support the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Unit at the North Bay Regional Health Centre.

The intermission Frisbee toss includes five great prizes. Purchase your Frisbees for $5 each or 3 for $10. All funds raised through Frisbee sales will be matched by Bell Let’s Talk for an even greater impact on the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Unit!
