{"id":42951,"date":"2025-01-28T11:59:04","date_gmt":"2025-01-28T16:59:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nbrhc.on.ca\/?page_id=42951"},"modified":"2025-09-04T13:41:10","modified_gmt":"2025-09-04T17:41:10","slug":"podccu-pour-les-patients-participantses-francais","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/nbrhc.on.ca\/fr\/programme-et-services\/services-dimagerie-diagnostique\/podccu\/podccu-pour-les-patients-participantses-francais\/","title":{"rendered":"PODCCU pour les patients\/participants"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Conditions d\u2019admissibilit\u00e9 :<\/h2>\n<p>Les personnes ayant un col de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus, \u00e2g\u00e9es de 25 ans et plus, ayant d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 sexuellement actives et d\u00e9tenant un <strong>num\u00e9ro d\u2019Assurance-sant\u00e9 de l\u2019Ontario valide<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Faites-vous d\u00e9pister si :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>vous avez au moins 25 ans; et<\/li>\n<li>vous \u00eates une femme, une personne bispirituelle, une personne transmasculine ouune personne non binaire ayant un col de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus; et<\/li>\n<li>vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu des contacts sexuels avec une autre personne; et<\/li>\n<li>vous ne ressentez aucun sympt\u00f4me, comme des saignements diff\u00e9rents ou des \u00e9coulements (liquide clair ou jaune) du vagin (ouverture g\u00e9nitale).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Vous devriez quand m\u00eame vous faire d\u00e9pister si :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>vous avez re\u00e7u le vaccin contre le VPH;<\/li>\n<li>vous vous sentez en bonne sant\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>vous \u00eates en m\u00e9nopause;<\/li>\n<li>aucun membre de votre famille n\u2019a eu de cancer du col de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus;<\/li>\n<li>vous avez eu des contacts sexuels avec seulement une autre personne;<\/li>\n<li>vous avez le m\u00eame partenaire sexuel depuis longtemps;<\/li>\n<li>vous n\u2019avez pas eu de contact sexuel depuis longtemps;<\/li>\n<li>vous vivez une relation homosexuelle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Comprendre vos r\u00e9sultats<\/h2>\n<p>Le test de d\u00e9pistage cervical vise \u00e0 trouver les types du virus du papillome humain (VPH) qui peuvent causer le cancer du col de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus. Il permet aussi de d\u00e9tecter des changements dans les cellules cervicales caus\u00e9s par ces types du VPH. Le test ne d\u00e9tecte pas les types du virus qui ne causent pas le cancer du col de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus.<\/p>\n<p>Un r\u00e9sultat normal au test de d\u00e9pistage cervical signifie que vous n\u2019avez pas les types du VPH qui peuvent entra\u00eener le cancer du col de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus. Un r\u00e9sultat anormal au test de d\u00e9pistage cervical signifie que vous avez un type du VPH qui peut provoquer le cancer du col de l\u2019ut\u00e9rus.
