{"id":8009,"date":"2014-09-15T15:59:48","date_gmt":"2014-09-15T19:59:48","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.nbrhc.on.ca\/?page_id=8009"},"modified":"2025-06-11T08:06:12","modified_gmt":"2025-06-11T12:06:12","slug":"plan-damelioration-de-la-qualite","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/nbrhc.on.ca\/fr\/responsabilisation\/plan-damelioration-de-la-qualite\/","title":{"rendered":"Plan d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019un plan d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 (PAQ)?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La <em>Loi de 2010 sur l\u2019excellence des soins pour tous<\/em> exige que les h\u00f4pitaux publient leur plan d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 durant chaque exercice, d\u00e8s le 1<sup>er<\/sup> avril 2011.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un PAQ annuel :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>permet au CRSNB d\u2019exposer ses priorit\u00e9s et objectifs concernant l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 et de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des patients chaque ann\u00e9e;<\/li>\n<li>refl\u00e8te notre engagement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de nos patients, de nos employ\u00e9s et de notre communaut\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>met l\u2019accent sur la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience positive pour les patients ainsi que sur la prestation de soins de grande qualit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PAQ actuel :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>2025\/26<\/strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nbrhc.on.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/QIP-Narrative-25-26-with-cover-page-signed.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Plan d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<em>(disponible en anglais seulement)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Qu\u2019est-ce qu\u2019un plan d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 (PAQ)?
