Dot\u00e9e de trois m\u00e9decins de famille originaires de North Bay, la clinique sera pr\u00eate \u00e0 accueillir ses premiers patients au d\u00e9but de 2016.<\/p>\n<p>On peut remplir une demande en ligne <a href=\"http:\/\/northernshoresmedical.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/northernshoresmedical.com\/<\/a> <span>ou passer en prendre une \u00e0 la Ville de North Bay ou au bureau du d\u00e9put\u00e9 provincial, Vic Fedeli. On peut aussi envoyer les formulaires d\u00fbment remplis, par la poste, \u00e0 l\u2019adresse\u00a0: C.
