Le Centre de sant\u00e9 a c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 cette d\u00e9signation aujourd\u2019hui en levant le drapeau franco-ontarien.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0La lev\u00e9e du drapeau aujourd\u2019hui symbolise notre engagement envers la prestation de services et de soins \u00e0 nos patients et patientes francophones ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 leur famille\u00a0\u00bb, affirme Paul Heinrich, pr\u00e9sident-directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du CRSNB. \u00ab\u00a0Je suis fier de c\u00e9l\u00e9brer ce jalon important dans la prestation de soins de qualit\u00e9, ax\u00e9s sur les patients.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9signation partielle signifie que le Centre de sant\u00e9 est oblig\u00e9, selon la loi, d\u2019offrir certains services de sant\u00e9 en fran\u00e7ais. En am\u00e9liorant l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux services de sant\u00e9 en fran\u00e7ais pour les francophones, tout en assurant la coordination et la viabilit\u00e9 de ces services, le Centre de sant\u00e9 sera en mesure d\u2019atteindre ses objectifs qui consistent \u00e0 assurer la qualit\u00e9 des soins et \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des patients.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Le R\u00e9seau local d\u2019int\u00e9gration des services de sant\u00e9 (RLISS) du Nord-Est f\u00e9licite le CRSNB de son d\u00e9vouement inlassable au processus de d\u00e9signation. Les efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s pour offrir des services en fran\u00e7ais sont tr\u00e8s importants afin de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins en soins de sant\u00e9 de notre r\u00e9gion\u00a0\u00bb, ajoute Lise Anne Boissonneault, agente de liaison et des services en fran\u00e7ais du RLISS du Nord-Est. \u00ab\u00a0Les gens trouvent parfois difficile de communiquer les pr\u00e9occupations li\u00e9es \u00e0 leur sant\u00e9.
