NBRHC Board of Directors

The NBRHC is governed by a Board of Directors that provides governance and strategic leadership for the organization, with backgrounds and skills/knowledge that reflects the communities it serves, while supporting its mission, vision and values.

The NBRHC Board of Directors is a volunteer position that typically requires a dedicated time commitment of 15 to 20 hours per month. Members are expected to attend in-person or hybrid meetings and be involved with a committee of the Board. Travel and other expenses to conduct Board business are reimbursed in accordance with Board Policy.
