Educational Offerings 2024/2025:
Mandatory for management (managers, directors, SLT)
As we continue forward in the early stages of our Indigenous Reconciliation, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (I-EDI) journey, commitment and prioritization from our leaders is crucial. Fostering a culture of inclusivity and belongingness within NBRHC is a responsibility each of us needs to pledge to support.
In order to pave the way and walk that walk as leaders, we are starting with you!
Below are a variety of educational offerings endorsed by NBRHC. This is a living document, and additional options may be added as we go.
Management must commit to taking a minimum of 3 courses by the end of this fiscal year.
Please submit your certificates of completion to IEDI@nbrhc.on.ca Some courses do not offer certificates, in this case, please send us an email to the same address to let us know the name of the course and date of completion.
