Rehabilitation (Inpatient & Outpatient)

Rehabilitation is offered as inpatient or outpatient programs with the goal to improve a person’s mobility, independence in performing tasks of daily living and ability to communicate.

Patients and families participate in setting realistic and meaningful goals in order to achieve or maintain the highest level of function.

Care team members include nurses, social worker/discharge planner, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, recreation therapists, dietitians, and physicians.
