The North Bay Regional Health Centre welcomes feedback and compliments about your experience and is committed to responding to concerns and resolving them as soon as possible.

How to bring your feedback, compliments & complaints forward:

  1. Talk to a staff member who is with you; ask for a response if you have a concern.
  2. Request to speak with a Program or Department Manager. Switchboard can connect you if calling by phone.
  3. If you are still concerned after speaking with staff or the program/department manager you may contact the NBRHC Patient Advocate in person, by telephone or in writing.
