A mental health crisis is the onset of an emotional disturbance or situational distress involving a sudden breakdown of an individual’s ability to cope.
If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis, the program is available twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week to provide mental health assessments, support and referrals. Crisis Intervention services are also available in East and West Nipissing.
ConnexOntario provides free and confidential health services information for people experiencing problems with alcohol and drugs, mental illness or gambling by connecting them with services in their area.
