We accept payments using: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.

The North Bay Regional Health Centre’s online payment system is safe, secure and confidential. We use TD Online Mart Hosted Checkout powered by Bambora/Worldline, a third-party PCI Level 1 (the highest level) certified service provider, and the industry standard encryption protocol (SSL) to safeguard all of your personal information. No credit card information is stored on our servers; therefore, you will need to enter your credit card information each time you go to make a payment. North Bay Regional Health Centre does not share your personal health or financial information with other organizations.

Make a payment in 4 easy steps:

1. Enter Amount
2. Enter Invoice/Account Number
   Please reference your Account Number on the top left-hand corner of your invoice. It begins with two letters followed by 9 numbers. (e.g., AA#########). Do not include the “/” in the account number.  View this sample to see where the patient Invoice/Order Number is located.
3. Enter Cardholder Information
   Please note: You must complete all form fields
4. Click “Submit Payment”
   Once completed, you will receive a receipt and an email confirmation for your records.

Fraudulent emails and phone calls could appear like they are from a company you know or trust.

If you are feeling unsure or suspicious about a message, call, or request for personal information or money from our Health Centre, stop all communication and contact the hospital directly by the phone number listed on a recent bill or statement or contact 705-474-8600 at ext. 2554.
