Please note that SportMED+ private rehabilitation clinic at the North Bay Regional Health Centre (NBRHC) is now closed.

If you were a patient of SportMED+ and require a copy of your clinical record to provide your new therapist, please contact our Clinical Records Department for assistance.

Please note: Doctors Lemenchick and Lougheed will continue to provide services here through the summer of 2023. Once a transition of care plan has been established for their patients, an update will be provided. If you have any questions, please ask your physician.
