Regional Concurrent Disorders Program

The primary function of the Regional Concurrent Disorders Program is to support the development of local capacity, integrate concurrent disorders services within district mental health and addiction systems and ensure these specialized services utilize current research, knowledge and best practices.  The Regional Concurrent Disorders program is primarily focused on the following areas:

  • Training and Education
  • Consumer and Family Involvement
  • Cultural Issues
  • Access
  • Integration
  • Funding and Human Resources

The program does provide direct service to clients but intends to impact client care through collaborative partnerships that enhance the capability and accountability of all service providers.
