This program offers services to children, adolescents, and adults suffering from anorexia nervosa, bulimia and mixed syndromes, and provides supports for their families. The Nipissing Eating Disorders Program is a community-based assessment, case management, education, support and professional consultation program. It is based on the principles that eating disorders are complex, multi-determined conditions, which require treatment strategies focused on nutrition rehabilitation, normalization of eating and psychotherapy to address underlying causes, attitudes and behaviours.

Referrals Accepted from: Primary Care provider, schedule 1 facilities and community agencies. All referrals are processed through Central Referral.
